Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 20(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 20(JUD)? YEAS: 14 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Elton, Huggins, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Ellis, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Kookesh Olson changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 20(FIN) "An Act relating to offenses against unborn children." 2006-05-07 Senate Journal Page 3273 The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
